By accessing and purchasing from BENLUK ("we", "us", "our") at benlukclothing.myshopify.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as possible — actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify Payments. An order confirmation email does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping is $6 flat rate. Free shipping applies on orders of 2 or more hoodies or orders over $90. We currently ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders where codes are misused.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the BENLUK name, logo, product designs, photos, and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BENLUK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.
