Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BENLUK hoodie. If you're not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email guyanmorrison1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.
