Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Single hoodie: $6.00 flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States.

Buy 2 or more hoodies: Free shipping automatically applied at checkout with code 2FOR90.

Delivery Time

3–7 business days within the continental United States after your order has been processed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Order Delays

BENLUK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, email us and we'll do everything we can to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, email us within 48 hours. We'll open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us right away and we'll try to correct it before it ships.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
