We want you to love your BENLUK hoodie. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale unless defective.
How to Return
Email us at guyanmorrison1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Defective Items
Received a defective item? Email us with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, including return shipping.
